  • E-commerce platform integration (including Shopify)
  • Order management and processing
  • Production pipeline tracking
  • Inventory management
  • Carrier integration and shipping management
  • Multi-store support
  • Role-based access control

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You retain all rights to your data. We encrypt data in transit and use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. You may export your data at any time through the Service.

5. Data Processing Terms for Merchants

These terms apply when you connect a store and we process personal data of your customers. You are the controller of that data. Oplify is the processor.

  • Instructions: We process customer data only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and on your documented instructions.
  • Your responsibilities: You have a lawful basis and any required notices or consents for the data you bring into the Service.
  • Confidentiality: Only personnel who need access to run the Service can access customer data, and they are bound by confidentiality.
  • Security: We encrypt data in transit, apply role-based access controls, and keep audit logs and an access log of who opens customer or order details or exports customer data.
  • Sub-processors: We use hosting providers, Sentry for error monitoring, and the shipping carriers you choose to fulfil orders. We require them to protect the data. Our chat service (self-hosted Chatwoot) is run by Oplify and is not a sub-processor. Ask us for the current list.
  • Retention and deletion: We anonymise customer personal data 12 months after the last activity on an order. We also delete the matching contact in our own chat service once the store's chat is connected. Backup copies may keep data for longer, until the backup is deleted. We act on Shopify's customer data request, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks. To have customer data erased earlier, contact us at support@oplifyco.com and we will handle the request unless the law requires us to keep the data.
  • Data subject requests: We help you answer access, correction, and deletion requests from your customers. Send them to support@oplifyco.com.
  • Incidents: We notify you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
  • Audits: On reasonable request, we give you the information needed to show we meet these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to:

  • Pay the monthly fee for your selected plan, billed through Shopify
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information
  • Pay any applicable taxes

Plans are billed monthly through Shopify. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

In no event shall Oplify, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms
